  1. En el area de Piscina esta prohibido el uso de cristales / In the pool area, it is prohibited to use glass..
  2. Esta prohibido el uso de la Hookah en la Piscina y en las areas comunes / The use of Hookah is forbidden in the pool and common areas.  
  3. Esta prohibido comer dentro de la Piscina / It is forbidden to eat in the pool.
  4. Esta prohibido fumar dentro y de la Piscina / Smoking is prohibited inside the Pool.
  5. Antes de entrar a la Piscina se deben duchar / Before entering in the pool, you must take a shower.
  6. La música dentro de los apartamentos debes ser con un volumen moderado. / The music inside the apartment should be at a moderate volume.
  7. En el área de la piscina pueden ser usados bocina de los que uno aplica un Ipod o Iphone igualmente con un volumen el cual no molesta a los demas y será hasta las 09:00PM / In the pool area, speakers can be used at moderate volume (and not to bother others)
  8. El Horario de la piscina es de Lunes a domingo de 9:00 AM - 09:00 PM / The pool hours are Monday - Sunday 09:00 AM 09:00 PM. 
  9. Los Invitados no tienen derecho de traer visitas / Guests are not entitled to bring visitors.
  10. Se debe respetar a los demás personas en el / You must respect the other people in the area.
  11. Se debe respetar a los Empleados / You must respect the Employees.
  12. Esta prohibido el uso de la franela en el area y dentro de la piscina / The use of flannel in the area and inside the pool is prohibited.
  13. Queda entendido si no respetan los reglamentos del Condominio, la Administración tiene el derecho de escortarlos afuera! / It is understood that if you do not respect the rules of the Condominium, the Administration has the right to escort you out!
