About this space

Spacious, bright with open layout, the extension of the living room takes you through the terrace directly to the green grass, infinity pool and to an incredible semi private beach. 

The condominium is great for families with kids and big groups. The ocean breezes and quiet location are very relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants, fitness center, spa, waterparks, ect., and a short drive to supermarkets, banks, hospitals and other restaurants.

The space

The Bedrooms; 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distribution as follows:

The bedrooms features high quality bed linens and pillows, curtains and blackouts, closets with hangers, Air-conditioning. 

-Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite.

-Bedroom 2: Has 2 double beds.

-Bedroom 3: Has 1 queen bed.

-Total of 4 beds

-Note that bedroom 2 & 3 share bathroom.

The Bathrooms

We’ve gone a step further to ensure a relaxing and soothing experience; we are including a complimentary travel-size intense repair L’Occitane set. The delicate active fragrance composed of essential oils soothes and purifies the skin, scalp and hair, leaving delicately scented.

-Body towels and beach towel for each guest.

-1 set of Toilet paper, small garbage can and trash bags in each bathroom.

The Kitchen

Our kitchen exhibits all dark brown wood cabinets with solid granite countertop. Fully equipped to have an enjoyable experience; include cups and glassware, dish-ware, silverware, cookware including pots and pans, coffee machine (Mr. Coffee) and a local coffee maker (“Greca”), microwave, stove, oven, paper towels, dishwashing soap and sponge. We also include a mason jar filled with Dominican coffee, brown sugar, 1 gallon of drinking water. Washing and Drying machine inside the unit. 

The dinning Room and Living Room 

-This condos offers a large dinning table to be able to enjoy and spend quality time with family and friends. 

-The living room is fully furnished, has TV cable, wifi, and it's an extension to the terrace where you can find comfortable outdoor furniture and a spectacular view to our infinity pool and beach. 

MPORTANT:

• Comfortable capacity: 6 guest.
• Check out cleaning has a fee of US 50.- paid upon arrival.
• For long term rental >21 days, electricity is charge separately. // US 300 deposit for electricity collected upon arrival.

•Chef service starting at USD 100.-

-Consist of us Us working together to create a menu to your liking

-We prepare and send you a grocery shopping list according to the menu and amount of guest

-The chef prepares the food as you relax and enjoy your vacation!

-Before leaving, the chef will leave your kitchen all tidy.

•Grocery Shopping Service, 

-By the time you check in, your refrigerator and pantry will be stocked!

-we charge 10% of the total amount of the bill to cover gas expenses and time. 

•Hotel Style Daily Cleaning (2 hours) starting at USD 25.- 

•Transportation varies depending on location, contact us for more information.

•BBQ USD 25.- Fee paid once during your stay.

•Guest can buy water gallons and ice bag via the telecom with the main gate. It will be delivered to the condo.
