Located in one of the most secure gated communities on the North Coast, just 7 miles from POP airport, 7 miles to Cabarete and 2 miles from Sosua, making it very convenient for exploring around town.

Each apartment is fully equipped with furniture and a full kitchen. Includes washer/dryer, microwave, stove, oven, dining area this condo is perfect for a vacation. Cable TV and wifi are available in the living room area and common areas, and each bedroom has air conditioning.

Guest access

The guest will have two apartments for themselves and have direct access to the beach, common areas and swimming pools.
